Package
This includes 3 - 1 hour sessions where you can get a feel for coaching, or maybe are looking to become more aware of a situation. I can help you get started on your journey and you can decide which route you would like to take. The number of sessions is always determined by the size of the goal and how much you put into achieving it!
Love and Laughter
This includes 6 -1 hour sessions to guide you towards your goal by looking at some smaller things that may need tweaking but always keeping the bigger goal in sight! Your journey becomes clearer the more aware you become. By making the commitment to becoming your best self, the possibilities of change are limitless!

This package consists of 9 – 1 hour sessions. It is for those who feel they need more accountability or perhaps there are those walls that you can feel are there but are unsure why they or how they got there. Develop life changing habits and transform your life! Set your goals high! The more honest you are with yourself, the more you will get out of this program. Every small goal you achieve, leads you directly to your ultimate goal!
